Who is this support for?
Our services are for all female soldiers whether you’ve made aliyah on your own, are serving without immediate family nearby, or simply need additional support during your time in the IDF.

What kind of help can I get?
We offer a range of support including emotional guidance, access to mental health resources, mentorship, community events, practical assistance (like gear or essentials), and help navigating challenges during your service.

Is the support confidential?
Yes. All conversations and requests for help are treated with complete confidentiality and respect.

How do I get support?
You can reach out through our website, join one of our community groups, or contact our support line. We aim to respond quickly and connect you with the right help.

Can I speak to someone in my language?
Yes. We offer multilingual support where possible, including English, Hebrew, French, Spanish, and Russian.

Do you offer emergency help?
We can guide you to the right immediate support services and help you navigate urgent situations. If you are in immediate danger, you should always contact emergency services first.

Can I get involved or give back?
Absolutely. Many of our volunteers and mentors are former soldiers or supporters. You can join our community, become a mentor, or help support other soldiers..
